Job Description:

The Employment/Compensation Representative co-administers a full range of employment duties including co-coordinating the recruitment and hiring process, with a focus on nursing department positions, which include advertising, maintaining Internet and jobline postings, pre-employment screenings and hiring paperwork. Completes compensation surveys and makes recommendations for wage changes and prepares comparative wage data prior to negotiations. Upon request will represent HR at discipline meetings, and provide basic employment relations assistance as request. Other duties as assigned. Two years experience in Human Resources, employment, compensation and benefits administration preferred. PHR preferred.
