Job Description:

High school graduate or equivalent and college level training/courses in Human Resources or equivalent experience required. Minimum of two years experience in a Human Resource Department required, preferably in healthcare. Experience and working knowledge of the key laws and regulations governing employment and other personnel matters required. Proficiency in WORD, Excel and Outlook required. Ability to interact and communicate effectively and provide a high level of service to individuals at all levels both inside and outside the organization is required. Ability to organize and prioritize while multi-tasking and maintaining a high degree of confidentiality in a busy office environment with frequent interruptions is required. The HR Generalist is responsible for maintaining the systems (computer and manual) to track and report all regulatory requirements for all employees, including licensure, performance reviews, and personnel information. This position provides administrative assistance to the HR Director and assists other HR staff as needed.
