
HR Service Center Representative

Job Description:
Serve as primary information resource for employee customer base regarding all Human Resources (HR) issues in areas including training and scheduling, benefit eligibility, enrollment and dis-enrollment, union and administrative compensation plans and processes, payroll processes, all aspects of nine collective bargaining agreements, HR policies and employment practices. Ensure callers receive positive, timely, accurate and customer-oriented responses. Maintain the integrity of the employee database through accurate and timely audit and input of employment-related data including personnel and benefits information. Provide consistent documentation and procedure information to HR staff and GHC managers and supervisors. Ensure timely and appropriate access to confidential employee personnel records.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum: 3 years customer service experience and 1 years of computer experience, with recent experience in a highly detail oriented environment. Preferred: Human resource experience.
Knowledge Requirements:
Minimum: Data entry and telephone skills. Problem solving and analytical skills. Preferred: HR customer service skills.
Education Requirements:
Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Preferred: Associate degree.
