Wonderful Nurse Recruiting Opportunity!

This position serves as a primary point of contact for managers for the recruitment and selection of Harrison Medical Center employees. Has day to day responsibility for coordinating the operational aspects of the marketing, screening, interviewing, and selection of high quality, service-minded nursing professionals within all areas of the organization, and at all campuses. This position will advise managers of applicable employment policies, practices and laws, including ADA, discrimination, contract language interpretation, and posting requirements. Advises and consults with managers in the selection process, and communicates disposition to non-selected individuals. Investigates employment-related conflicts, such as inappropriate multiple-jobs and employee transfer scenarios, and takes appropriate actions to resolve.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree (B.A.) from four-year College or university preferred, RN licensure required.

Minimum Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resources professional role, with demonstrated work experience and competence in recruitment.

Certification: Current registration in HR professional organizations preferred (e.g., PHR/SPHR, NW Recruiters Association, NAHCR Certified Recruiter).
